We began looking at the Crystal Coast area for retirement
in 2007, and were very fortunate to link up with Gena and Harold Gilbert. They
kept us informed on what was available in the area in our price range, and we
would make quick trips to the coast where they would take us to view these
homes. We purchased and moved into our current home in 2008 and were so
thankful we had their skills to guide us through the challenges of the buying
experience which had just become more complicated in late 2008.
They have the knowledge and expertise to deal with a changing market and are
thoroughly familiar with the entire Crystal Coast area. They also have the
patience and flexibility to deal with buyers (like us) who were totally
unfamiliar with housing in the area.

Summary:
Gena and Harold are super and truly work very hard for
their client. They always answered or returned my calls and took time to answer
every question. Both of them were awesome about going to see MANY houses before
I chose one. They know the Real Estate business inside and out and did a lot of
advertising in various markets for my house. They are both extremely
professional.
They showed my house a couple of time a week - every week. I also appreciated
and enjoyed the newsletter they send - very helpful information. And they find
out what you want in a home and then e-mail you house listings that you may be
interested in. It saves the potential buyer a lot of time.
Gena and Harold are super people - I just love them. I highly recommend them.

Gina and Harold were our agents when we purchased our home in 2010. They were very helpfull, quick to answer our questions and quickly focused our search to those houses that meet our needs. In addition to an impressive knowledge of the local real estate market, they both had excellent realationships with other agencies in the area. Summary:
Gena helped me purchase my first house in 2007. She was very helpful and patient during the entire process. She was easy to get a hold of and returned calls promptly. She even helped me out a lot two years later when I had trouble with my mortgage broker during a refinance. Gena has extensive local knowledge and has a wonderful team to back her up.
